The Goal:

Each workout is focused on the full body. You will focus on one full-body workout for the entire week, complete this workout 3-5x per week to monitor your progress and see your strength and endurance increase by the end of the week, you will be a pro at performing the movements and ready to move onto the next week stronger. 

(You also have the option to rotate through the workouts each day of the week)
